I will give you some information about one special dish in my country. I believe you have heard about this dish before. Many Vietnamese people know how to cook it.
The interesting thing about this dish is that people in different areas call it differently
People in the north call it: "nem"
People in the south call it : "chả giò"
We mix: meat, egg, shrimp or crab, carrot, black forest mushroom, black fungus, jicama, onion
And use the soybean skin to cover the mixture
The wrapped mixture will be cooked in the boiling oil for a couple minutes
